ALTRUISM & ARTS PROGRAM: The Photo Documentary Project
We provide constructive creative yet educational activities after school, on the weekends and during recesses from school.
All of our programs reinforce national grade level benchmark standards for grade level (Pre-k-8th grade).
Our purpose is to combine activities that reinforce core curriculum studies such as language arts, social studies, math, science, computer science, visual art(s) and physical fitness-in order to provide tangible ways to apply theories learned during the normal school months.
As a complementary element to our program we encourage peer mentorship elements to positively influence our young demographic.
Applicants who are eligible to participate in our mentorship program must be in grades (10-12) age limits (16-23). Our Jr. Facilitators/Mentors encourage educational reinforcement to our younger Middle school/ Jr. High participants by encouraging reinforcement learning and grade level competency areas in a less intimidating methodology since the Jr. Facilitators/Mentors appear less intimidating due to the lessened age gap. This also complements and refreshes our Jr. Facilitators/Mentors in foundational competencies learned in the past; thereby, positively influencing standardized test scores.
All-In-Vision reports all hours spent working and volunteering in our programs to accredited high schools and universities to go towards graduation credits community and work credit.
Volunteer points are given for each hour spent mentoring in our programs. Once accepted into an accredited University or trade school; All-In-Vision will award scholarship money for the furtherance of educational endeavors based on volunteer hours spent with All-In-Vision. Likewise for participants who are currently attending universities or trade schools they too qualify for on going scholarship incentives to continue educational endeavors as long as they volunteer and accumulate hours in our mentorship programs.
All-In-Vision will not limit our programs only to young people who are artistically inclined-we are simply providing opportunities for ALL Youth to volunteer and gain scholarship funds for higher educational endeavors-while developing the spirit of altruism within each young person who participates in our programs. We simply want to incorporate all minds in our corporate vision of giving.
Finally, All-In Vision believes in community efforts. This is why we forge partnerships with other nonprofit organizations such as but not limited to local public schools, hospitals, etc to bring everyone into a central vision.
This is not cliché when I suggest “Children are our Future” it is a fact! It is our responsibility to teach our youth how to thrive in a global economy. If we don’t they will be left in the dark along with older generation(s). We want to nurture youth-to provide opportunities for our unique creative focus.
While we are providing structure we are also providing relief for local communities who are deficient.
